Chavez Frias has not precipitated reciprocal carnage within the United States

The difference between the US dictator Bush and the Venezuelan President Chavez lies in the means that they respectively choose to satisfy their wants. According to recently released CIA documents, Bush on April 11, 2002, ordered the CIA and the DOD to arrange for renegade elements in the Caracas police/military to slaughter dozens of anti-Chavez demonstrators to provide a pretext to overthrow democracy in Venezuela.
